HOSTED EXCHANGE 2007 EMAIL SERVICE CUSTOMER PANEL SETUP & CONFIGURATION GUIDE:

Login to the Hosted Exchange 2007 ExchangeSync Customer Panel.

Once logged in, you are initially presented with the Customer Account Home page where you can begin to configure your Hosted Exchange 2007 account.  Click "Spaces" to being to setup and configure your Hosted Exchange 2007 Account.

Click "Exchange Server 2007" to being to setup and configure your Hosted Exchange 2007 Account.

Click the "Create New Organization" button to create your Exchange 2007 Organization profile.

Enter your Organization name and Organization ID.  These can be whatever you like them to be.

On the next screen you are presented with the configuration screen to configure your Mailboxes, Contacts, DNS, Distribution Lists, Public Folder space, etc.  Click "Mailboxes" to begin setup of your initial Exchange email account.

Enter a Username and Password for the mailbox in the appropriate fields.

You can create custom Contacts by clicking the "Contacts" link under your Organization page and entering their external email address information.  They will then show up as contacts in the Global Address List (GAL) for your Organization.

You are able to then create Distribution Lists containing several mailboxes and/or custom contacts using the "Distribution Lists" link on you Organization homepage.

You can configure your Public Folder space using the "Public Folders" link of your Organization homepage.

Click the "Domain Names" link on your Organization homepage to add your own DNS zones for your privately owned domain names you wish to use your Hosted Exchange email for.  You can create and edit A, NS, MX, CNAME and TXT records here.  You can also elect to configure a subdomain of exchangesync.com to use for your Hosted Exchange email services.

Click "Storage Usage" from your Organization homepage to view the amount of used/unused space that is in your allocated hosting plan.

Click "Storage Limits" from your Organization homepage to view and configure your usage warning thresholds and to configure your deleted items retention settings for the overall Organization.

Once all of the above configurations are completed, you can access your hosted Exchange 2007 email account using a variety of methods, including the following:

Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2007 which has been completely redesigned to be a lightweight version of Outlook accessible from anywhere worldwide:

Any mobile phone, pda or wireless device that is internet or wap-enabled:
